What are mini cakes?
Our Mini Cakes are personal-sized desserts made from scratch - just like our luxury custom cakes but with a twist. Each one is layered with love and premium ingredients, featuring your favorite flavors in mini form.
What’s the Golden Sugar Cares: Jamaica initiative? 🇯🇲💛
A portion of our proceeds from mini cakes goes directly toward our Golden Sugar Cares: Jamaica fund - helping rebuild and support families and communities in Jamaica impacted by Hurricane Melissa and hardship.
When will I get my order?
Your order will ship on annoucnhed shipping date. Orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I order the same day?
All of our desserts are made fresh from scratch by hand - ensuring the highest quality, flavor, and presentation. Because of that care and time, we’re unable to accommodate same-day orders at the moment.
Can I order outside of the drop date? / What if I miss the drop?
At this time, we only accept orders during our official drop dates. Each batch is baked fresh from scratch in small quantities, so once a drop sells out - that’s it until the next one!
We’re not able to accommodate specific date requests for individual orders right now. However, exceptions can be made for wholesale or bulk orders of 50 or more mini cakes.

How can I stay updated?

How long do they last?
Fridge: 5-8 days in its sealed container.
Freezer: Up to 2 months in its sealed container.
Where are you located?
We bake fresh from our cake studio (not open to public) in Queens, New York, and offer pickup in Rosedale, Queens NY.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Absolutely! We love creating dessert tables, party bundles, and custom-packaged minis for events. Our minimum per custom/bulk order is 50 mini cakes

Can you accommodate allergies?
Please note that all of our products are made in our cake studio where common allergens such as NUTS, DAIRY, SOY, EGGS, AND WHEAT ARE PRESENT. Some flavor do INCLUDE NUTS. While we take steps to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Customers with food allergies should exercise caution or do not consume.
Do you offer gluten free, dairy free, or vegan options?
Currently, we do not offer these options, but we are actively testing and developing new recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions in the future.
How should I store my mini cakes?
Your minis are best kept refrigerated and enjoyed within 3–5 days of pickup or delivery.
For a softer texture, remove from the fridge 15–20 minutes before eating.
(If frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.)

Do you offer custom designs for mini cakes?
We do not offer custom cake designs as we aim to provide a streamlined service that allows us to serve a high volume of customers efficiently. However, we ensure that our cakes are visually appealing and suitable for various occasions.
Do you deliver or ship your products?
Yes! We offer nationwide shipping - but please note this site currently doesn’t support curbside pick up.

Can I order any of these flavors for my custom cakes?
Not at this time. Some of our mini cake fillings and combinations aren’t suitable for custom cake stability or long display times.
